About 85% of the people in Europe live in cities. Only very few of them ever go to a Bible believing church or have Christian friends who would share the gospel with them. We need effective ways to reach these people where they are: whether in apartment complexes, in parks or in pedestrian zones. Open-air evangelism provides great opportunities to meet people who are interested in the gospel of Jesus Christ. And it is a great place to learn effective ways to communicate the Good News.
Reach The City is ministry of Open Air Campaigners working in partnership with local churches on the basis of the Evangelical Alliance Statement of Faith.
Reach The City is more than just a week of outreach! We want to be a support to you and your church! Let us know how we can be an encouragement to you before and also after the week of training. Our goal is to establish local evangelistic teams and help you share Jesus wherever you are.
Be part of a well rounded programme to prepare you for ministry: worship, prayer, devotions, lectures and workshops. The training will equip you for one of these ministries: One-to-One Conversation, Sketchboard Evangelism, Mime, Children´s Ministry, Puppetry, 'Gospel Magic' + Illustrations
Experienced evangelists and teachers will lead the different parts of the programme.
What we learn during the day we will put into practice on the street in the evening.
The programme will be in English and (where different) the local language.
