Roofs to be done
This winter part of the roof failed and water came into the front of the house. Fortunately we escaped with minor damage to furnishings and fittings but will we get away with it next time? The tiled roof is tired and brittle. Can you help? We want to raise £4500 to replace the tiled roof with a ‘metal’ one. If you remember in 2006 we replaced the corridor roof with the same material and it has worked very well. In May, Cristi (Cluj) and the team from Alba Iulia did the work, but the funds still need some replenishment.
