After bringing many young people on OAC mission trips to South America, Mike Baumgardner felt led to take a select group of them to Ghana. They were well trained in our methods of evengelism and soon found themselves ministering in a harvest field. Then they trained some Ghanaian Christians from a local church and saw them also have the same results. among them was Davidson, who after more teams had visited felt God's call to be an evangelist. Following his acceptance onto OAC staff, he flew to Jamaica to begin further training in one of our branches and to attend Jamaica theological seminary. In one year, Davidson will return to his homeland to establish a branch of OAC in Africa. The ministry will include open air film evangelism in partnership with churches and gospel presentations in school assemblies. Future OAC evangelists for Africa can be trained by Davidson in Ghana. All of this began with a youth pastor and some teenagers, who allowed themselves to be used by God as His missionaries.
