My friend, Robert Huang and I, have been going door to door, talking to many different people. There have been several opportunities where we have been able to have lengthy conversations with some. We have talked with Muslims, Buddhists, Catholics, Atheists, Hindus, Christians and Agnostics. The people were not only from Holland but also Spain, Mexico, Thailand, China, Bangladesh, Tanzania, Jordan, Albania, India, etc. This is a real hub for people, from all over the world.
We go out regularly to preach the gospel on the streets. However, many Christians here say that this approach doesn't work, and that people do not listen. This is simply not true.
After we preach we get to talk to the people who are still interested. On occasions people come forward to indicate that they are making a public stand for Jesus. Sometimes, people shout and abuse us. But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether with an initially good or bad response, Christ is preached. Because of this we rejoice.
