Much has changed in Russia today. In Cultural Centres, built by the Communists to teach communities their atheistic doctrines, the gospel is now being proclaimed through our films and messages.
As the photo shows, in public schools, students are hearing about Christ through our anti-drug assemblies. In theatres rented by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, our Russian evangelist preached to very receptive crowds after the films were shown.
On streets, where once freedom of speech was forbidden, crowds are now gathering for 90 minutes to hear the message of Christ. In churches, where members remember those martyred for their faith, teams are coming out to boldly partner with us in open air evangelism. People mob these counsellors for literature after each meeting, and some are coming to Christ.
At nightspots, where university students are hanging out, many are coming to see our sketch board messages in black light. They listen intently to the good news about Christ, with some standing in the rain until 11pm at night, to be counselled.
The Lord is building His Church in Russia, and nothing can prevail against it.
